This Privacy Policy explains how Sn Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the AdTracker Pro Chrome extension and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are and what AdTracker Pro does
AdTracker Pro is a Chrome extension designed for marketing professionals, advertisers, agencies, and ecommerce operators. Its purpose is to help you discover, analyze, and learn from long-running advertisements in the Meta Ads Library.
Ads that run for extended periods (for example, from about 1 month up to 1 year or longer) often indicate products or services that have achieved market stability. AdTracker Pro helps you identify those ads so you can research creative strategies, offers, and competitive positioning.
Core features include:
Official Add Tracking — search country-specific active ads and filter by how long ads have been running (for example, older than 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, or 1 year), using Meta Ads Library data / Meta’s official Ads Library capabilities;
Ads Library video download tools — optional download buttons on Meta Ads Library pages (subject to your free or Pro plan limits);
Account-based access — free usage limits and Pro upgrades managed through your account.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to:
the AdTracker Pro Chrome extension;
our account, authentication, subscription, and related backend services used by the extension;
communications we send related to the Service (including promotional offers, as described below).
This Policy does not control Meta/Facebook’s own privacy practices. When you use Meta Ads Library or Facebook websites, Meta’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service, protect accounts, provide Pro features, and communicate with you.
3.1 Information you provide
Account information: name, email address, and password (passwords are processed for authentication and stored in hashed/secured form by our authentication provider; we do not use your password for marketing).
Email verification / password reset: verification codes and reset flows tied to your email address.
Support and purchase communications: if you contact us (for example via WhatsApp) for a Pro secret key, payment instructions, or support, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your message content, phone number, and order details).
Pro activation: secret keys or redemption details you enter to activate Lifetime Pro or 1 Year Pro.
3.2 Information generated by your use of the Service
Subscription and usage status: whether your account is Free or Pro, plan type (for example Lifetime or 1 Year), expiry information where applicable, free download counts, and related entitlement records.
Feature preferences stored locally: settings such as download toggle state, last Official Add Tracking age filter selection, keyword/country search preferences, and similar UI state saved in Chrome local storage so the extension remembers your choices.
Search parameters you initiate: keyword, country code, and age-duration filter selected for Official Add Tracking searches.
Technical/operational logs: limited service logs needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability (for example timestamps, error events, and authentication-related events).
3.3 Information processed on Meta/Facebook pages
To provide its features, the extension runs on Meta Ads Library / Facebook pages you visit and may read page content that is already visible to you in the browser (for example ad cards, library IDs, start dates, creative text/media references) in order to:
show download controls;
collect and display Official Add Tracking results matching your selected filters;
help you analyze long-running ads.
We do not sell Meta Ads Library content. Results are processed to deliver the feature you requested. Public ad information remains subject to Meta’s terms and policies.
3.4 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not require your Facebook login password for AdTracker Pro account signup.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as government IDs, precise continuous geolocation, health data, or payment card numbers inside the extension). Payments for Pro may be arranged outside the extension (for example via WhatsApp instructions); any payment processor you use will have its own policy.
We do not use your account email for purposes unrelated to the Service, except promotional offers as described in Section 5.
4. Chrome permissions and why we need them
AdTracker Pro requests the following Chrome permissions to function:
storage — save session tokens, preferences, and feature state on your device;
tabs — detect/open relevant Ads Library or results tabs for Official Add Tracking and related workflows;
Host access is limited to Facebook/Meta Ads Library pages and our backend service needed for authentication, subscription status, and related APIs.
5. How we use your information
We use information to:
create and secure your account, verify email, and enable sign-in / password reset;
provide Official Add Tracking, age-based filtering (1 month through 1 year), downloads, and Pro entitlements;
enforce free-plan limits and Pro plan rules;
remember your in-product preferences (for example last selected age filter);
provide customer support and fulfill Pro key / upgrade requests;
protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and service misuse;
improve reliability, security, and user experience;
send promotional offers to your account email — we use registered email addresses for promotional / marketing offers related to AdTracker Pro and similar products or updates. We do not sell your email list to unrelated third-party advertisers. You may request to stop promotional emails as described in Section 10.
6. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing (for example the EEA/UK), we generally process data based on:
Contract / service delivery — to provide the extension features you request;
Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, product improvement, and limited service communications;
Consent — where required for promotional emails or optional features;
Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
Service providers / infrastructure: trusted processors that host authentication, database, and backend services used to operate AdTracker Pro (currently including our InsForge-hosted backend environment).
Meta / Facebook: your browser interactions with Meta Ads Library remain subject to Meta. The extension may call Meta Ads Library / related official interfaces as needed to return search results you request.
Support channels: if you message us on WhatsApp or another channel, that platform processes the communication under its own terms.
Legal and safety: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users or the Service.
Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continuity of privacy commitments.
8. Data storage, security, and retention
Account data is stored on our secured backend systems.
Local extension data (tokens/preferences) is stored in Chrome’s extension storage on your device.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain account and subscription records for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion as described below.
9. International transfers
Our servers or service providers may process data in countries other than your own (including regions where our backend is hosted). Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect personal data during such transfers.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
access the personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate information;
request deletion of your account/personal data;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent for promotional emails;
export a copy of certain account information.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity (for example via your registered email) before fulfilling requests.
You can also sign out of the extension, disable or remove the extension in Chrome, and clear local extension storage via browser settings.
11. Children’s privacy
AdTracker Pro is intended for business and professional use by adults. It is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
12. Third-party services and links
The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as Meta Ads Library / Facebook and may involve communications via WhatsApp or payment arrangements outside the extension. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices outside our control.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the extension, email, or our website listing. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

Remote data: account, authentication, subscription/usage, and feature requests are processed on our backend; ad-search workflows may use Meta Ads Library / official Meta interfaces.
No sale of personal data: we do not sell personal information.
